Regular property inspections, maintenance and upkeep

EPM's licensed home inspector, David Weathers, conducts home inspections on a quarterly basis to identify maintenance issues early, before costly problems develop. The inspection is also an opportunity to check-in and ensure your property is being properly cared for by the tenant.
