About Enterprise Property Management, Inc.

Enterprise Property Management, Inc. (EPM) was formed in 2002 to assist real estate investors from around the United States in purchasing homes in growing communities. Since inception, we have offered homes in new construction areas throughout Arlington, Cordova, Memphis and Oakland. We now proudly offer more than 300 quality properties for rent, several of which are under one year old. We also have many fine refurbished homes in mature neighborhoods throughout the area. EPM is part of an established network of property managers located throughout the region; This network enables us to help clients find appropriate rental properties over a wide area.
